No my favorite restaurant isn't very posh it's a little Turkish place this guy used to cook at home for years then bought this little place with plain wooden table and chairs and the most amazing rich home cooked Turkish food ever. When you leave he washes your hands with lemon water and it's so cheap already. I go to more expensive restaurants than his but his is my favorite, he even has belly dancers on the weekend

no, it means either they got a really good deal from a distributor ot they have product that is about to expire. it's still good quality food, if not they wouldn't risk food poisoning lawsuits and serve it!

No I would think it is a marketing ploy and a welcome one at that. What would worry me is if the health departments van was parked out the front a lot.
