I'm so sick and tired of wal-mart sending me this bull-s 500 dollar card which ya click on and it's a never ending thing, sponcer after sponcer and if ya don't buy something ya don't get the card. this is getting old, I've reported them as spam and told them i was going to take legal action but they keep coming. What can i do to stop them?

Unfortunatly this is an independent company doing this.
I was getting the same thing from Wal-Mart and Target.After spending 30 minutes answering one of thes I realized it was a gimic to get me to buy a product and get the card free?
I complained to both companies and got almost identical replies,"the cards were sold to a national survey company who gets you e-mail by bulk scanning and mailings.That the companies,Wal-mart or who ever, are not responsable for the mailings."
I just give them an"x" and off I go.
That's all I have to say about that.

You Will Get NO RESPONSE From Wally-Mart They Are One Of The BIGGEST CRIMINALS In The Arena And They Know It They Refuse To Comment ****************************** For clarity (2 Posts Below) The Reason Is To Go After The BIG GUYS To Set The Example For The Small Change Operators Once The Big Corporations Adhere To The Law The Smaller Operations Will Fear The Repercussions

Start invoicing them for filing , admin. & storage costs for their junk mail, after an initial warning letter of course.

WM is not the one sending them. Put them on your spam list.

you can block the e-mail and add them to the spam list
