Goa is popular for beaches, beer, goanese food.
Goa is also popular for old temples and churches.
Goa is also popular for cashewnut processing as well as cashew-based alchoholic beverage (feni).
Goa is also known for accessible tourist points.

You will find many interesting places in all these categories.

You can book a seat on North Goa ( 1 day) and South Goa (1 day ) tours. Many operators conduct these tours in Goa. In 2 days you will be able to scan entire Goa. While doing this, please note what looks very interesting to you. Later on you can visit the place at your own time and indulge.

Let me tell you, I found the the "weekly bazaar" at Mapuca ( Mhapusa) very very interesting place. I spent almost half a day there. It was well worth interacting with various peole and looking at various products. If you like jostling and lively crowds, this may be the place for you.

Happy days!!

Goa is the best.. not over-rated... if possible skip north goa and stay in south goa... prestine beaches.... nice weather... clean.. and good tourists.

To visit, remember to go to Old Goa (Bom Jesus Basilica), Big Foot Loutolim, Caravela cruise etc...

summer season is truly hoarse in India. warmth, dust, sweetting tells you to flow to himalayas. Simla, Manali, Darjiling and many such rich-natured places are there. cool, end and nature.. no longer some thing else! you experience rejouvenited and start up loving nature. sea value of India interior reason lengthy yet no longer so sturdy in summer season warmth of 40 5*C . so, south indian places like chennai, kerala aren't from now on so relaxing. once you've a liking for being aloof, Naggar close to Manali, kalimpong close to darjiling shall coach perfect. those with non secular inclination would discover Badrinath, Kedarnath as useful outings. those with an instinct for adventure, i ought to recomend valley of flowers(close to badrinath), manikarna close to Kullu, manali-leh driving, & guy-sarovar.
