DD is the next size up. But I would advise you to go for a proper bra fitting, most department stores and lingerie stores offer the service free of charge.

Actually, it depends on the maker of the bra. Not everyone uses DD, some go from D to E Others use D, DD, E. And still others will use D, DD, DDD, E. Most, but not all, American companies use D, DD, E.
Having said that, I don't think that's what you need. A 36D, would have the same CUP size as a 34DD, but you kept coming out of that as well. You need to have a professional fitting to see what size you need, and how to adjust it properly for a better fit.
The best choice would be to go to a lingrie store, or up-scale department store. You don't necessarily need to buy your bras from there, but you need to get some help in finding the right size for you.

The inches (34, 36 etc..) have nothing to do with your boobs, this measurement is for around your back. The cup is the boob size, if your bra feels comfortable under your boobs and around your back (if it's rising up, you are wearing the wrong size) then 34 is right, just get the next cup size - 34 E. I would try on a DD but there isn't much difference
if in doubt go to a good shop and be measured properly.

dd I used to think I could get a bra out of a box(like mom did) yeah right, all bras fit differently, I FINALLY found out my correct size a 36c was good but I had "overflow" a 36d was not right either(cups not full at top part) A bra fitter from Victorias Secret said I needed a 36d push-up. she was exactly right. I thought only a or b cups needed push ups. NO not the case.

dd is slightly bigger than just a d so that if ur not quite a E theres a size in between which is handy. my problem is abit worse than yours a have 1 boob a full cup size bigger than the other lol so i have to buy a size c and wear a false implant the otherside. i would go and get measured that way you know for sure. good luck theres nothing worse that being uncomfortable

I would recommend going to your local bra boutique or Edgars and let them measure you!! I also could never find a bra that fits perfectly, until one day they had a promotional measuring "thing" at our Edgars, where if you get measured, you get up to 5% discount if you buy a bra. I always thought i was a 32C, Truly shocked: i'm a 34 D!!! DD is next on the list, then E, EE, etc. Good luck!

Not a lady but thought I'd offer my 2p worth.
If it's not too embarrassing for you, go to a reputable stockist and a lot of them will have a bra fitting service. They'll measure you up and tell you exactly what size you need without you having to guess in the future.

sweetie, try using a 36 instead of a 34.
people often think the cup size is to small when actually it is because the bra is to tight and pushes up your boobs which in turn causes them to fall out the cup.
good luck.
