I think i have an interesting proposition to put to you .
Perhaps life on Earth is heaven and hell?
everything we imagine of these two states cannot go beyond or experience and there fore our imaginings.
I have recently had some Psychic readings and names of my family members have been mentioned ( No In case you jump to the wrong conclusion I am a dyed in the wool cynic ,but these remarks were spot on names the psychic could not know because they were three generations back ( approx) . So the spirit does survive . And the life review can be heaven or hell as to what we have done in life

No there isn't. Hell and Heaven was created by religions, since they needed to motivate people to good faith. It is not a bad thing however to have a hell and a heaven, it is just not ... quite right. Heaven and hell menas that here is a life after death and that his life is not similar to our life on this plane. Actually, on the contrary.

The eternal nature of hell is stressed in the New Testament. For example, in Mark 9:47–48 Jesus warns us, "[I]t is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into hell, where the worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched." And in Revelation 14:11, we read: "And the smoke of their torment goes up for ever and ever; and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name."

Hell is not just a theoretical possibility. Jesus warns us that real people go there. He says, "Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is easy, that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard, that leads to life, and those who find it are few" (Matt. 7:13–14).

The Catechism of the Catholic Church states: "The teaching of the Church affirms the existence of hell and its eternity. Immediately after death the souls of those who die in a state of mortal sin descend into hell, where they suffer the punishments of hell, ‘eternal fire.’ The chief punishment of hell is eternal separation from God, in whom alone man can possess the life and happiness for which he was created and for which he longs" (CCC 1035).

Peace and every blessing!

Without one scintella of evidence, its just fanciful thinking... You can thank our primitive barbarian ancestors for coming up with the idea to explain the unknown. With modern science, man can now look at the world in a more realistic light. But alas, obsolete genes do not die over night, so we'll be seeing a distorted worldview for some time to come.

Other people have their reasons to persuade you that such things exist. Religion uses this to make you toe the line.
There is no proof for heaven or hell. There is no proof of an afterlife.

When you do good things and get positive result, you are in heaven.

When you hurt and cheat others and get negative results, you are in hell.

So yes in that sense, there is heaven and hell.

Heaven and hell are just concepts just like the concept of god. There is no physical entity such as heaven, hell or god. It is your mind.
