I drink 8 sometimes 9 glasses every day, its very good for you! Only other thing I drink is Orange juice & coffee, I quit drinking sodas almost 4 years ago!

Add a few light snacks in there between the meals... like 1/2 cup of maderine oranges or a small apple). If you are feeling hungry your body goes into starvation mode and doesn't lose weight. Also... if you are gaining muscle it weighs more than fat. You might not see # results, but you already have seen the difference in your clothes feeling loose. That is what prefer I go by, not the scale as much. Congrats on making the decision to get healthy!!

Some days over 2 edging towards 3, but then again some days I barely have a glass and a mouthful.

actual range for healthy person varies between 4-8 liters.it also depends on what type of life style u follow.
if u r lazy ,doin nothin, couch potato ---- 2-3 lt.
hard working,sporty ------ 6-8 lt
have a stone in kidneys, bladder------ drink max.!
