Someone with a good heart (kind, generous, honest, caring, puts giving to others before themselves, love life and bit of a sense of humour) ....... and you can see it in their eyes and smile.

In general I have found that beauty isn't always found right on the surface.You can see beauty in someone just by looking at them in the right light at just the right moment.

to me a beautiful person is some one, that when you first see them, you feel stunned and like you have been slapped in the face with a frying pan.

beauty helps in a woman but I look on the inside. (If I had thoughts on them "beautiful women" It's like "she's sexy but I don't have what she wants in a man.(own place, a drivers licence, a car, possibly rich, etc.....)
