im due a percentage of ex wifes house if she cohabits for 6months or more, as i cant sit outside house everynight , irts imposinble to prove its happening, any sensible ideas that other divorcees have used to prove it in court??

Does her mail arrive at that address? Can you take photos of her car parked in the driveway with the date on the photos? Can you take photos of her clothing and personal belongings in the house, again with the dates on the photos? That should be enough to prove cohabitation. Make sure the dates are on everything.

Might be worth getting a private detetctive for a few days,if the settlement warrants the cost of what you'd get in settlement. Just an idea,they're pretty good at getting information you need,I know.

You're being like all the women/ex wives men complain about, you're going to try to make her life miserable after the divorce. Just get over it.

set up a Camera across from house.
Have it set to take a picture every 30 seconds or if here is movement
