I'm not a big fan of regrets. (I have quite a few myself)
But I know you learn from them......it annoys me when people say they have nothing to regret - you wouldn't learn anything if you didn't have regrets, even if they're tiny, little.
I'm Australian, my boyfriend is American (and living there currently) I have quite a few regrets now, of things we didn't get to do in the time we had together. ("I could have just done a little bit more" or "Why didn't I do it?" )
I don't think there's ever a chance that an opportunity wont present itself more than once.
Just go - "well that's crap, but I've learnt for next time" - or some similar occurance. :-)

Regrets can be very annoying if you don't use them to your benefit. It doesn't do any good to worry over what's been said and done. However, if you use those regrets as a life lesson to learn not to make the same mistakes in the future, you can turn something around and make it better.
Think:
Well, I know not to do that again!
Next time, I will say what I think.
Next time, I'll know to keep my mouth shut.
Next time, I'll do a better job of that.

I stopped having regrets - about anything - a very long time ago. I suppose it just comes with maturity and life experience. You just do the best you can - in whatever it is - and once you know you have done well, you move on.

No regrets here.
Never look back.
You did, what you did at the time.
It was for the best.
Don't question yourself, because you wouldn't of got an answer anyway.
And, only you know the answer.
Time to move on and adjust.

Nope. As someone once told me, I'm not going to live long enough to make all the mistakes in the world by myself. Live and learn.

Regrets are a horrible thing, they can screw your life up if you let them.
