I notice when I am pms-ing, I sweat a whole lot more. I'm a very clean person, but I sweat alot more at night. I also notice that I stink pretty bad too. No matter how many showers I take. Keep in mind this happens during the time I ovulate, my period hasn't even started yet.
Everything stinks to me, perfume, certain foods and smells.
Most lotions and perfumes that I usually wear, I can't because it intensifies the smell to me.
Am I the only one with this problem? What can I do to decrease it? I eat pretty clean, and I excersise, but I still sweat and stink pretty bad. Please help

Ehm..
Hyperhidrosis, also known as polyhidrosis or sudorrhea means excessive sweating; sweating too much
The most active regions of perspiration include the hands, feet, armpits and the groin area because of a relatively high concentration of sweat glands in those areas.
There are two types of hyperhidrosis. Primary focal hyperhidrosis refers to overactive sweat glands that affect certain areas of the body, such as the hands, feet, face or underarms.
This form of hyperhidrosis can't be prevented and isn't contagious because it was probably inherited (although the condition may skip a generation). Secondary generalized hyperhidrosis is total body
sweating prompted by secondary medical conditions or medications.

Cut down your intake of meat and diary products especially milk and butter. There have been cases where girls stink when they sweat especially when they're nearing their period. The hormones are more active at that time and what you eat can affect your body drastically. When you cut down intake of these food, you will realise that the smell is pretty neutral.

This could be a hormone imbalance but I would recommend seeing your dr to have this looked in to. They can help you to try and find the cause of this problem you are having.

Your problem may be due to your high hormones problem, thyriod problem or an overactive sweat glands. You can consult a dermatologist or try anti-perspire sprays.
