No, I was very disappointed after drinking red bull, not a sign of a wing on my back, only tried Red Bull once, it has too much caffeine for me.
But I went onto Ebay and bought some wings no problem.
If you want wings don't get Red Bull, go to Ebay.

If 'wings' is slang for headaches and stomach pains then yes - red bull does give me 'wings'.

It tastes like carbonated cough syrup. I don't know about giving wings... but it nauseates like having butterflies in your stomach...
