Can a plant rendered bonsai be able to grow to natural height when planted in a big lot or property?

Any plant will grow faster in good ground soil than restrained in a pot. The fact that it was originally trained as bonsai has nothing to do with it.

Sure it will revert if planted in the ground. Remember, it was unnaturally stunted to become a Bonsai and may grow slower initially than unbonsaied plants.
