If you talk inspired by the musical composition of Vangelis, in modern Greek it has been translated as "Οι δρόμοι της φωτιάς" (ee THROH-mee tis foh-TIAS, th as in the). It actually mean "The roads(streets, ways, paths) of fire" and it is also known to many people with its english title. If you want an exact translation, then "Τα άρματα της φωτιάς" (ta Armata tiw fohTIAS, tia always as one syllable, all a-s like in father). No single word (well, you could make one, but it wouldn't sound nice).

There is not a sungle word in Italian for chariots of fire.
Literal would be "carri di fuoco" but if you refer to the Vangeli's soundtrack of the movie in Italy both are known as
"Momenti di gloria"
