No, you have to get a prescription from a dr in order to get Diane 35 or any other birth control pill.

Quite simply- no
there aremany things a dr has to take into account before perscribing this or any other pill for you

in this case especially is weight gain, past history, other meds, BP and reason for taking it

Also Diane 35 is one of the most expensive "pills" and is not nessarily the best one for you personally
