Absolutely. That is why I hate waking up to an alarm. I often feel like I am conscious before my body and soul are properly re-aligned. Horrible feeling.

In my dreams I can fly. I am on my back as I sleep that way. And sometimes I fly too high and think I am going to fall hard. before I hit the ground I realize that I am just dreaming and that I am really awake. But I am still asleep.

No,but i think its called or can be called an outer body experience.,but I never herd of it happing while a person is sleeping but I know that if a person experience it when a wake its can be called a near death experience or an outer body experience and i think both mean the same but I'm not sure cause u experienced it while sleeping.

Funny you should ask --- this is exactly how I feel right now. That's why I'm still very much awake at 3:30 AM.

yes, it is called astral projection. it is a fairly common occurance. that is why sometimes when you're awakened you jump/jerk and feel startled. your soul was jerked back unexpectedly and literally slammed back into your body. smetimes it does actually take a few minutes to rejoin, you must have travelled far indeed!
