Learning has two faces!

1) People learn things to apply knowledge for own success!

2) People just add an awareness of a supreme knowledge and a skill to apply it without trying to know intricacy of said knowledge! When a base-knowledge fullfill human needs effectively, those who apply it are also successful !

According to you, which one of above stated skills will make a person more successful in his/her life?

My outlook please!

A 'boundless human-skill' has been referd as an uncontrolled growth of said human-skill, which is result of a contineous learning by most people (in changing enviornments)!

When people build concerned skills (usually based on a supreme-awareness based work), skill sets increase, but no public awareness of it!

I hope this explanation will help at least few of you who intend to answer this question!

It is " supreme-awareness based " that can enhance the capability to become more successful.
But when such awareness really sets in a person, that person no more cares for "success" as the world calls it. And the way he succeeds (the arena of such success), is beyond the reach of common people's minds ! This is why such a question arises at all ! We have many persons who could have done too well than most others had they 'applied' their skills, but somehow they seem to 'move out' of the competition. Their efforts go almost unrecognised because the very nature of the 'field' of their activity ! That is why they are also called mystics !

I did ponder over your question quite a bit . Could not make out the co-relations between 1) and 2) of your details. Choice should have between the people who use the knowledge for their own success and those who don't.

Away from the confusion , let me elucidate that I always believe in ' jack of all trade and master of none ' theory . It is futile to specialize in one thing , but rewarding if you have even an idea about many things . Knowing itself solves half the matter .

The single thing that will make a person a success is knowing one's self. There is no boundless human skill. When one knows himself and accepts himself fully then he can shed the morays of others and truly develop as a human being. Once this happens, then true success is achieved. You must not only know yourself, however, you must love and accept who you are as a human being. Anything less is self-defeating.

Assuming we have not reached the limits of a finite universe.
The second option offers an exponent growth of the possibilities of success available to the whole collective, so definitely number 2.

The first option can quite possibly bring faster degrees of success because they would be proportional to the limits of possibility. It's highly unlikely that the first option would be the provider of 'more' success, however, because the limits remain fixed under that proposition.

depends on what type of success you are looking for, and moreover what you say success is. if you want a successful career i would go with the former, but i think you would be a more rounded well liked person if you were of the latter category
