Yes, it will not be proper formal dress withou them!
they make men look very dandy, and trust me, don't listen to kids who say they are out of fashion! just look at all the film stars in partys, if you are wearing a tux, you need it!

YES THEY ARE , BUT IT LOOKS BEST ON GUYS WHO ARE BROAD SHOULDERED AND HAVE SIX PACK ABS.
