CHECK TO BE SURE ALL YOUR DRIVERS ARE COMPATABLE AND UPDATED. Update your vid. and other drivers. ,
as this may also be caused by over-heating problems, ( pop off the side of the case and clean it out with some compressed air) and/or incompatible drivers or programs.
Go to start/control panel/double click "system"/hardware/device manager , and make sure there are no yellow or red icons next to any entry.
Also clean your cache and all temp files/folders.

That is nicknamed Blue Screen of Death BSoD and that is major problem, you did not copy down the important text but since you say this happens at random at any point of time computer is running I tend to think the hard drive is faulty, or memory is faulty.

A typical Linux CD has a separate memory-testing tool without installing call Memtest86, use it to check if the memory is faulty; if not then I would suspect hard drive and get a separate blank one to reinstall Windows to.

Awh...the dreaded Blue Screen of Death!!!
This is telling you that there is a Major problem with something...without the associated error code it's impossible to tell you what could be wrong whether it be a software issue or hardware failure...
Post the error message and code...

If you encounter memory dumping. Just follow this step:
"100% work on windows XP. If this doesn't work, MACK ME.

One word: DEFRAGMENT

just follow this step:

Step to follow:
1st: you have no choice, you need to restart your pc.
2nd: go to Start Menu->All Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Disk Defragmenter
3rd: click analyze. it takes time to analyze, so be patient. When it says "you need to defrag this volume" proceed to 4th step.
4th: click defragment. it also takes time to defrag, need more patience here.

When it say memory dumping, your memory can't take anymore the error of your hard disk. The volume of your hard disk is messing up. The volume need to be fix. You won't let your memory card suffer from all errors inside your hard disk don't you?

This error won't show up again if you defrag your hard disk once a week or twice a month.

If the error still occur even you maintain to defrag your hard disk, Oh men you need to add an additional memory card because your memory is insufficient. "can't handle large programs"

read what the blue screen says
if possible replace the files listed
also dumping physical memory is just erasing the RAM

it's an issue of hardware and hardware driver..

maybe one of your hardware driver is outdated or has a conflict with another driver...

if you can still open the windows through safe mode...
uninstall all non microsoft drivers....using this http://www.driverguidetoolkit.com/
