Well I'm opening a dnace studio in a small town in louisiana in august and i have an insturctor who is comeing aboard with me . we are excepting about 50-100 kids and we are charging $20 a month per student. i was trying to figure out. how much i should pay the instructor? per hour? per class? any suggestions?

Part time instructors would be paid per hour or per class, which are basically the same thing, paying per time worked.

$20 a month? That's cheap! If you are doing this class for disadvantaged kids, then what a great idea!

You could tie it to a commission, like for every student you bring in or keep, you will get x%. That plus a small weekly stipend might make them more motivated to do a good job.
