how do you improve your hands when getting passes into the post, when teammates dish you a pass, cause when teammates dish me passes in the key, i can't get a hold of the ball, i was wondering what are ways to get better hands, also avoid people stripping the ball away from you when rebounding and dunking, etc..

There is one drill I know that helped me with my hands unbelievably well. Take a ball and stand about a foot and a half away from a sturdy wall. Take the ball with your dominant hand and start bouncing it off the wall one-handed. Do that about 25-50 times with your dominant hand. Niw switch to your weak ide and do it about 50-75 times. It will make your hands get used to grabbing the ball. This will definitely improve your hand skills. =]

Try strengthening your grip. There are lots of grip-strengthening exercise gadgets in sports shops. You can also do some passing practices with a partner. You know, some players are naturally gifted with good "basketball hands", but hey, you can always improve yours through practice and some exercises. Hope this helps.
