The turbo charger is the better option unless you intend to make body changes to your car as a supercharger is much bigger and often protrudes out the top of the bonnet. You could try a local car enhancement business.

Without more information, I am going to have to make some basic assumptions about your planned usage of the vehicle in question. I therefore assume that you want to still be able to drive the car on the street without too much problem. In this case turbocharging would be the preferred approach. Its more tolerant of changing driving conditions, has a positive effect over a broader operating range and is easier to design and configure. Supercharging would have a more restricted design criteria and is not so forgiving in the real world. It also requires more "model specific hardware". As far as who, within reason, sells them, that's too ambiguous a question to tackle here. it all depends on what you think is "within reason". There are numerous vendors you can find on the Internet that offer products and systems tor your application. Just show them the money!

A super-charger comes on boost instanlty and gives a smooth delivery of power. A turbo-charger generally gives more power but there is a lag time as the turbo spools up. Twin-chargers are a combination of a turbo and super-charger. The supercharger part works first I think then the turbo takes over once it has spooled up.
