Which electric guitars are better?

I've got a Fender Strat, a Fender Tele and a Gibson ES137 - the Gibson is the newest - the top has split, the binding is coming off, it has P90 pick ups and they sound great (when they work) and it won't stay in tune - I play my Fenders in public and 90% of the time at home.

fender makes good electric guitars. if you have alot of money to spend gibson is the way to go.

As a Fender owner, I would say Gibsons. They are just more versatile, Fender sound only works with certain genres.

They say Gibsons are better but Fender sounds cooler.

I prefer Gibson becasue you can get guitars with 24 frets. I think that Gibsons sounds better because the quality is much better than most.

i love gibsons! but fenders are great too. i have a fender bass and its really good. but gibsons are the best

Really depends on what kind of music you want to play. My son hates Gibsons (especially the new ones...they're crap) but Likes Fenders (tele)...he really LOVES Gretch though! He's been playing around with Rockabilly and Texas Dirty Rock. (Awesome sounds!)
