i tried going on abc.com and it will not let me download it. it says error

Thursday's Grey's Anatomy was a clip show of its "best moments" (summary). Next episode will be a new one. Are you using Internet Explorer? If not make sure you do! If you are, make sure to be using the latest version (IE 7). I know ABC recently upgraded their online player and the first time you go on it needs to download something.
