ALL RESPONDENTS SHOULD FEEL EQUALLY OBLIGED TO DESCRIBE THEIR SITUATION. ALL AMERICANS SHOULD FEEL THAT THEY HAVE EQUAL ACCESS TO ALL PUBLIC AMERICAN ACCESS CONTENT.

the various districts should have equal funding in public schools relative to size. They are run on federal standards so should have federal support. If people wish to donate extra to thier local school that's super.

Yes, but once 'Brown vs. Board of Education' became law, big business found a way to add illegal immigrant children and water down the education for millions of Americans they don't consider elite enough.

There are a few steps needed at this time to fix the schools:

Eliminate school administration and substitute software programming. Much cheaper.

Put all those administrators back in the classroom, and buy books and materials for the kids with all the leftover money.

Imprison the board members and officers plus confiscate the bank accounts of companies with 1% or greater illegal immigrants on staff, (either directly or on contract) and put that money into the public school system.

Deport existing illegal immigrants and their minor children. The tide of incoming people will grind to a halt with employers no longer beckoning to them.

If these things do not happen, we will never catch up to China and India in K-12 education.

My aren't we the budding little socialist. Next up, everyone should have the same amount of money, drive the same car, live in the same houses, etc.

It didn't work in Russia and it is not working in China.
