When she smiles at me everytime I come around when and she doesn't smile often, smile when I flirt with her ex(tickle her ribs), and when i put my arm around her and she doesn't brush me off but when other guys try it she brushes them off, so are those signs of interest?

I would say these are most likely posotive signs. It may be the fact that she feels comfortable around you. This is also a good thing. The more comfortable around you she feels the more likeliness that she would desire a relationship with you.

It sounds like a song I have heard but she wants you so take her in your arms and give her a big long kiss then a little one after that.She won't stop you,because she is waiting for you to do it .
