It would go to the Clippers. They split the season series. So then you go to division record, since they are both in the Pacific Division. Clippers can finish no worse than 7-9 in the division, while the Warriors can finish no better than 6-10.

The Clippers hold the tie-breaker. I'm not sure if that is because they won the series against the Warriors or if it has to do with other factors (such as division records or point differencials) but they hold the tie-breaker. However, they lost tonight against the Kings, and the Warriors won, as did the Lakers. So I believe that the Lakers are still in the number 7 spot and the Warriors are currently 8th. It all depends on the last few games of the season.
