I used to back when I had trouble sleeping.

363 days of the year, I do. I don't bother on the days you are either rolling back the clock or pushing it forward. I used to, but I'd end up losing an hour in the time it takes me to figure out if I got it right. As a precaution, I call in sick on those two days. :)

OMG yeah all the time especially during the week cuase I always seem to go to sleep late , and I hate it cause the next day I cant get up for wrk, dude we think alike!

yes all the time, cuz i don't want to waste my life sleeping but at the same time i don't want to be tired all the time. so i always calculate the amount of hours i can sleep for.

yep, 7 am always means i can get 8 hours, so 8 am is 7, 9am is 6, by the time i get to noon i just give up and keep going.sometimes a nap only makes it worse.

I used to but it depressed me right now I'd get 7 hours and 35 minutes if I fell asleep this second

Yes every time before night. Its probably one of the reasons I don't sleep well.

if its really late yes..if i went to bed now i would be able to sleep 11 hours before id have to get up for work. i wouldnt of course but i would be able to get away with it.
