growing on a Petri plate from the brewer jar are anaerobes?

There are different kinds of aerobes and anaerobes. In the strictest sense, an aerobe requires oxygen and an anaerobe does not. But it's not always that simple.

Some organisms have both aerobic AND anaerobic means of survival, even if they happen to prefer one environment to the other. Some are so exclusive that they'll die if they're in the wrong environement.

Generally speaking, aerobic organisms need oxygen, so they won't grow where there isn't any. Certainly if you have a petri dish with bacteria and the colonies survive when you deprive it of oxygen, then we can say that at least they have some anaerobic survival mechanisms. So either put your plate in a box with no air or cover it with something that air can't get through.

I agree, because a gram classification depends on using a particular stain, and no stains are mentioned. "Photoheterotrophe" is an oxymoron because it refers to something which makes its own food but does not eat it. "Chemoautotroph" is a bit illogical in the seance it defies the laws of physics. No chemical reaction can sustain itself indefinitely without some outside energy input. Photoautotrophs are green plants, which produce oxygen gas, so they are not anaerobic.
