Can I sire you?

In a game called "Vampires! The Dark Alleyway" you play as a vampire going around sucking peoples blood and such. There are other parts of the game but I'm not too sure on those yet. I s wanting to know if anyone would be my childer. If you let me sire you, you can play the game and I get more blood.
