They may give you sides (script) to read. They may also post a storyboard--a drawing of several scenes in the commercial--so you'll be familiar with what they're asking for. They may just ask you to improvise something in a scenario.
You'll go into a room with a camera and operator. The client (the people hiring) may or may not be there. They'll tell you what to do. Relax, breathe, take your time, and be yourself. If you go in with "what do they want me to be?" on your mind, it will come off false.

They take you into a room with a camera, as if you are on set, and may make you read from a script. It lasts about 5 minutes, if that, depending on what they want.

Don't "expect"- anything. Just relax, be yourself, and follow their instructions. Oh- & DON'T get upset if you're not picked for whatever it is. Their choice has NOTHING to do with YOU; they're just after a particular "look..." first & foremost. Otherwise, -good luck on Tuesday! :)

I have nothing to add to the above except if they ask for money, run for the hills. No reputable casting agency asks for fees up front.
