Make sure you are clear about the difference between immoral behaviour, and unethical behaviour. *Morals* are how we judge others, but *ethics* are professional or formalised standards: so lying to someone is immoral, but is not unethical unless the act breaches a professional or formal standard by doing so (for example, a doctor knowlingly giving you false advice).
Plagiarism (using someone else's work without citing it) is considered unethical because it breaches the formal standards of behaviour expected of students.
Abusing a power relationship, such as a teacher-student relationship (e.g. dating a student) or a doctor-patient relationship is unethical, because it directly breaches the codes of practice used on the professions of teaching and medicine.
But cutting in ahead of others in a line is not unethical. It does not breach any codified standards. However, we do see it as wrong behaviour, so it's really immoral, not unethical. Cheating on a spouse or girlfriend, cheating at cards, or drinking too much and passing out in the park... all these are immoral, but not unethical.
Lucy's examples above are *all* good examples of unethical behaviour.

The link below is about unethical politicians using the phone to drum up votes in Missouri even if you are on the "No call list"

Tom Delay, a portrait of unethical ..........leadership
http://www.mndaily.com/articles/2004/10/15/10719
...........Excerpt from article..........
House Majority Leader Tom "Hammer" Delay, R-Texas, has proven himself ethically bankrupt. Sadly, when the majority of the public thinks of a politician, it thinks of a die-hard partisan who'd do anything to grab more power and use it. Often, politicians are compared to the biology at the bottom of a pond. Delay fits that comparison nicely.
Dubbed "Hammer" for his power brokering ways, Delay was rebuked two days in a row last week by a bipartisan House ethics panel for his most recent improprieties. Delay, a man of sickening partisanship, has compiled a long list of unethical and unlawful behavior during his time as House majority leader. Delay should resign his post.
.....................Grossly unethical.........
During the debate on the health-care bill, Delay tried to make a deal with an uncooperative congressman by promising the congressman's son election help. When Texas legislators fled the state in protest of appalling gerrymandering of district lines, Delay used Homeland Security forces to track them down.

Former Representative Mark Foley (R-FL)
Foley left the House in disgrace after news broke that he had been sending predatory homosexual emails to a House page.

Checking out the internet for ideas for homework. Plagiarism, by not citing works. Plagiarism by accessing work online and passing it off as your own. Here's one, my hub cashed in a lotto ticket and the girl at the till was going to short change him. She was going to give him ten dollars instead of a hundred or something. That's a heads up for people who don't check numbers themselves. She played real dumb, but it says right on the ticket after she checks it how much he should get. How about the Forzani's pricing scandal? They overpriced their items and then put them "on sale" for suggested retail price.

You give a gift to the police and then park illegally and they don't give you a ticket.
You borrow something and then don't return it but lie and insist you gave it back. You talk while the teacher is explaining something to the class. You tell two people different versions of the same story.
You have a girlfriend and you tell her you're going away for a few days, and see another girl during that time.(without letting either one know about the other)
Cutting in ahead of others in line.
