Obviously this guy is gunna fall down 2 the second round...and he has the type of traditional value @ quarterback that im sure the Eagles want 2 keep going... and the Eagles have no glaring holes next 2 SS can they make a move @ Troy or is it 2 early???

Troy Vincent left the Eagles a few years ago. His draft days are far behind him.
It would be nice if he came back to retire as an Eagle though. He's a local boy and its only right.
