depends on the baby and the weather....
anywhere from 1-4 hours. You will learn their schedule.... But let me tell you get the baby on YOUR schedule when he is a little older.
You put him down for a nap once in the moring and then again in the afternoon. At about 9 months combine the two naps into one long one. It maintains your sanity. Good-Luck

It probably has extra to do with him being a newborn than the warmth even nonetheless that doesn't help. while my boys have been toddlers we lived in Phoenix and so all of us understand with regard to the warmth. We set up a recurring we'd supply the lads a advantageous long tepid tub and then a rub down with infant oil that relatively looked as though it might calm them. After their bedtime feeding one persons might rock them to sleep and then off to their mattress. exceptionally quickly they learn that once all this happens it's time to bypass to sleep and is likewise an excellent time to perform a little bonding for Daddy, my husband relatively enjoyed this time with the lads in spite of if it took a quick time for him to get the knack. Please shop in mind that even issues so undemanding as this are an threat to make a memory. reliable success and Congratulations on your efficient little boy.

We have a 1 1/2 month old daughter and she sleeps quite often usually only waking for diaper changes and feedings or for the occasional noises around her. It is quite normal I think if your baby sleeps often at this age because they are going through their growing stages.
