On the chance that this is a legit question.......
You tune your pipes before you play them and probably several times while you're playing (between tunes). Pipes don't come factory tuned...(that's a joke). Temperature and humidity play major roles on their effects on the reeds. Different reeds react differently..i.e.. cane reeds react to moisture much faster than a plastic reed. The plastic reed reacts only when it gets soaked and the water interferes with the vibrating tongue (back off ladies !!) Temperature affects the tongues..colder equals flatter...hotter equals sharper. I use plastic drone reeds which require about 30 seconds to warm up. My chanter reed is cane and it will absorb moisture. I follow the 78th Frasers routine of licking the thumb and forefinger and dragging the reed through them x 3 . That puts about the right amount of moisture in the reed to start with and I'm ready to tune in about five minutes or so. Another ten minutes of playing and a final tweak is in order. Depending on the ambient conditions...I can play for a long time without tuning or....I may have to tune re-tweak every five minutes or so. Makes life interesting.

The bigger chore is seasoning the bag properly, and maintaining the pipes, checking for tightness, and making sure the drones work. I like a nice new cover and cord, too.
