I don't really agree with you. Countries with low birth rates are 1st and 2nd world countries. They are economically stable and with good standard of living. The countries can afford to support their people financially & in health services. The highest suicide rates are in 3rd world countries which the peoples are desperate to survive and have no option but to kill themselves to escape from reality . People who committed suicides have problems that they can''t figure out. The birth rates are declining only in some part of the world because people are career oriented, not ready for having family, kids are hindrance for their success, prefer the quality of life than being tied up and limits their freedom.

Developed countries like Canada, the U.S. and the UK would have lower birthrates and lower death rates. Developing countries have the exact opposite.
