You could try not forgetting their birthdays to send the message across. The problem is it will likely take along time for the message to be received.
Perhaps after your next birthday if several people still forget you could just be very frank and open about it and how it makes you feel in conversation with them. If they are put on the spot, they should feel uneasy about it and work harder to remember out of their own interest to avoid the same feeling again.

I have the same problem. It makes me feel a little invisible-especially at work. I've decided to try & let it go.
I think besides being a goof and wearing t-shirts that count down the days, the only other way to get people to remember your birthday is to be really good at remembering other people's birthdays and making a fuss over them. This will either inspire them to remember yours or guilts them into it.

I like to jokingly give the people a coundown to my birthday..."Just 5 shopping days left!" Remember, it really isn't a reflection on you when people forget your birthday. I have some friends that I cherish dearly and I forgot their birthdays. Help your friends out, and give 'em a heads up in advance!!

Have them mark your birthday on a calendar that way they can't forget your birthday. I always mark people's birthdays on my calendars that way I always remember and I'm usually the first one to wish them a happy birthday.

treat your self and realize it doesn't mean they don't care..do you remember everyone's birthday yourself.....I am sure your parents remember.other than that why should everybody remember? My birthday is not a holiday I don't expect everyone to fall all over me just because I am a year older.maybe that's because I have had a few more than you...lol

Post signs and only talk about your birthday for the week leading up to it.
Sorry to hear that, that must really suck

Make birthday plans with them. "For my birthday, lets..."
It would be nice if they remembered on their own, but if not, this should work.

Can't you see a hint when it's right in front of you? Nobody "FORGOT" your birthday. Think about it. Just kidding, have a great birthday.
