Just wondering. I know she dropped out of acting, and I have heard that he does not want her working. I know she opted to not take a role in the next Batman movie, and it seems Tom is being made out to be the reason why she is not acting in it. But I have also heard rumors that she is putting her foot down so that she can continue working. Anyone with any info or links? They would be appreciated. Thanks!

They have not split as yet...BUT, she is definitely beginning to rebel against his controlling ways...aside from the great pre-nup she signed (which is kept confidential) each time he does something stupid (like getting rid of all her high heels so she doesn't tower over him...) she just goes out and spends some more money.....in the beginning, it seemed like she was really in love, but now I think she has seen the controlling, manipulative side of him and is just abiding by whatever arrangement they made prior to the marriage and going along with the pretense of a "marriage of convenience".....of course, none of us really know, but you can tell by her mannerisms lately that "the honeymoon is over for sure"....

Although I have seen tabloid covers about Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes splitting up, I'm not sure that the stories are 100% accurate and true, to say the least.

They are still together as of now. (Of course, who knows how long it'll last!) I don't know about him not wanting her to be in the next Batman film. She IS set to be in a film called Mad Money with Diane Keaton and Queen Latifah, though. It's in production right now, and from what I've read they have started filming.

Not at present, although in Glamours lives of the rich and famous, there are many divorces. At the moment they seem very happy together and have a beautiful baby daughter.

well, according to a magazine that i just read, tom has revealed to everyone that he knows katie will split up with him. but they haven't split up yet. in pictures just recently, they posed together but just to show the paparazzi that they are still together.
