I would cover for my best friend. Unless it was a really serious offense, like murder or rape.

The idea of falling in love with someone usually carries with it a set of assumptions and beliefs. For example, the belief that this person is 'good' and loves you too. However, when you later learn that the person you love has committed a crime, we normally reel back because the image we have of this person has changed.
Depending on the nature of the crime, people may or may not report the guy to the police. But we usually do exact our own 'punishment'. For example, if the guy raped someone, you'd know better than to stick around or worse to marry him.
It would not be natural to love such a person anymore (unless you are messed up and need lots of therapy). However most of us have certain moral beliefs that we will not compromise. We do not like the idea of innocent people getting hurt. Once that boundary is crossed, I don't think anybody would feel guilty about reporting him/her to the police.

It would depend on what it was. Usually I would just give a little bit of information out and not say too much. I would most likely cover up for a BFF, or BF or whatever. If it was really serious though I would probably tell, I cant have it weighing me down.

That is immoral to cover for someone that has committed a crime. I would not ask someone to do that for me either. It is just not right.
One time my ex came home drunk from the bars with blood running down his head...well, he told me that if the police called here I was to tell them he was home all night. NOT! You do the crime...you pay the time!

while you're asking if he's in charge, the respond is a powerful definite. The made an contract to commerce insider suggestions, be it verbally, or with a left surpassed handshake for sell and an actual surpassed one for purchase, a 2 am telephone call for purchase or a three am telephone call for sell. Makes no distinction, nonetheless unlawful. confusing to teach, yet in charge none the less.

Absolutely not. If they committed a crime, they have to deal with the repercussions. I will not lie for them. That would be betraying myself.

um...i d k b/c i'm single but no i think that i would rather not be accomplice to any crime...even covering up, but would see if it were possible that the crime was not so bad he could be on death row and if he could then depends on how much i like him but we would have to break up...

Only if I thought that I would be his next crime if I said something. Since I don't have a guy - I'll apply my answer to my best guy friend.
Now if it was my gal??? Probably, unless it was heinous.
