yes, a few...a frech 1800's buffet that my mother in law gave me with strict instructions that it is to stay in the family.
and I was recently blessed with some beautiful crystal chandelier candle holders that i've loved since I was a child, my aunt passed away and left them to me.

Yes. My bad temper has been handed down the generations since way back when..
Seriously. My late grandparents had something special which belonged to their family, which they each brought over when they migrated (from India, Indonesia and Yemen) to Singapore. They're just little bits of jewellery with semi-precious stones but they've very special to us because they represent the stories we know of our grandparents.
But we all still have the temper..
