I would think that you would need to get a plumber to look at the source of the leak If you can not find it yourself. They would be able to fix this, however you might need to speak to a professional waterproofer to identify if there is a need to waterproof your basement.

Be careful as you don't always need to waterproof areas that might already be waterproofed!

I would have a look at the following link for info and product ideas regardless of if you want to do it yourself or get a waterproofer/plumber to do it:-

water in the basement is not good, you need to find where it is coming from before you try to seal it out. Hydraulic cement can work, but you have to get it into the crack far enough. I would call a water proofing company and tell them what you are dealing with.

the 1st factor is to get the water directed removed from the beginning, water will soak during the partitions. once you obtain this living house did you have a warenty, in case you probably did project solved merely turn it over to the builder. If not then you definately will might desire to repair the project your self, first get a specialist to repair the gutters and or eave troff, this might direct the water removed from the living house. you're able to have had a floor drain interior the basement and or a sump pump to deal with the water in case you have not have been given any then you definately will might desire to have one put in or the water project might return. in case you have a floor drain make confident that it extremely is open some builders will deploy a shutoff valve on the drain. in case you have a sump pump make confident it extremely is pluged in and the potential grew to become directly to it.
