I have 3 dogs and 3 cats. My favorite is my kitty in the tree though......

I always had dogs. The last 5 years I've had 2 cats. They are both great company but cats are less maintenence.

Dogs...i have 1.
I prefer dogs because you can have company when you go for a walk, you can play with them, take them to an agility for fun, take them to a dog park for fun etc. While having a cat you can't do any of those things!

I have rescued two cats from certain death.
I would like a dog but not those yappy things that are the size of cats.

I have one dog and a cat.
I definitely prefer cats to dogs :).
Cats are cleaner, easier to care for, don't need constant attention, and are content to just sit on your lap and purr.
