I live in the country and there are a lot of hillbillies around here. They are all nut jobs.......

Yes. I live in such a small town that we actually have a designated "Town Loony". I see him every once in awhile. Everybody knows him. He walks around town with the same styrofoam cup, and all he does is say nonsense words, and flips cars off every once in awhile. He's not mentally stable, but he doesn't harm anyone. He has had the cops called on him before, so he could be removed from certain premises he was on, for disturbing the public. I think the cops leave him alone, since he is not exactly harming anyone, but I know they do keep a close eye on him.

I am afraid to answer this one cause our closest neighbors are 5 horses in a huge pasture that surrounds our property so that could make ME the neighborhodd nut-job! lol
Having baby ducks in a playpen in your apartment? Is that qualifications for a nut-job? lol
Now, you really have me convinced that it is ME that is the neighborhood nut-job! Aw! Geez...I could and have been called worse things! lol :)

YES!!! There's this old man across the road and he stands out the front of his drive-way and swears and goes off at somebody who isn't there. He put his bin out the front of our house the other night and it wasnt even bin night. He stands up around the corner of our street and just stands there and talks to himself. He also wears these sorta knee pad things but he doesn't wear them everyday. I don't think he gets much sleep cuz he's up at all sorts of hours and wakes everybody up from yelling at this non existent person! He also lives by himself. I think it's pretty funny but there's obviously something very wrong!

Yes, we have one of those, he lives aprox.1/4 mile away from us, and he thinks that by shooting our cats is fun, well I have warned him that if I catch him shooting another one of our cats on our land, I will shoot at his truck and put a few holes in it to see how he likes it, he don't think that I would do it, but Evan my wife knows that I am the other nut and I won't think twice about shooting his truck, with him in it, and if by chance he gets hit o-well, his wife says that truck is his pride and joy
