Well, classical Greek Philosophical Rhetoric type questions are arguments like lawyers use in modern court cases. Do you feel like arguing a point of view??? I also think that rhetorical COMMENTS are spoken to voice an opinion but not asking or expecting anyone to comment. In which case, if it was a rhetorical comment, then, hey!
