Although all positions can be dangerous, most fights or altercations start with frustration underneath the rim. So I would say PF or C, you have 2 or mores big guys fighting for position and sometimes get tangled up and the officials usually let the big guys play a little more physical and tempers flair.

it dosen't matter the position it matters on the players style. A jumpshoter at any position can avoid injury. The players that go to the rim often are the ones that get injured. these are usualy sg or sf just because they often sladh their way to the rim.

Center, hands down. Especially if you are a lean guy middle man. You get pounded everyday, diced and grinded. Best example? Dikembe Mutombo vs Shaq. NBA Finals 2002, Lakers vs. Philadelpia. : )

Probably slasher guards and forwards. Sometimes the coaches on a team will get their big guy to give you a few hard fouls in order to get the message across - you're not welcome in the paint. This prevents easier baskets via penetration via slashing when the G/F has to think twice before getting into the paint.

Pg, because point guard you have to be the fastest one on the court at all times... anything could happen when being a point guard like you could sprain you ankle trying to run or trying to get the ball, Sprain your hand from eaither diving for the ball that could happen to your knee, ankle, or your leg...
