It happens at least once a week, for the past eight months or so. I don't keep it cold in here and I haven't had a stroke.

I doubt this was a stroke. This happens to me as well when I wake up in the morning. My doctor contributes this to poor circulation. It's probably nothing too serious, but I'd let your doctor know just to be sure.

Yeah, I was going to say what the other two said. Either it's really cold and you need to turn on your heat, or you had a stroke. Has this happened often, or just once in a while? You might want to consider seeing a doctor.

Hi Kbenji. These are unusual symptoms that can have a lot of causes. You need to see a healthcare provider and probably a few specialists to try to find the cause. These are potentially serious symptoms, so take them seriously.

Best wishes and good luck.

actually...lack of oxygen and bad circulation. You may need to sit up a bit and raise your head up while sleeping to help your breathing better.

You forgot to turn on your heater and it's 20 degrees (F) in your bedroom.
