I hate to be the bringer of bad news, but it’s nearly impossible as you can probably only work 10-25 hours a week due to child labor laws. No previous work experience and no degree.

Do you mean £25? Or £25,000? Coz you have really high expectations for one so young if it's that latter. If you wanna earn £25 then there are loads of jobs you could do. But you're limited to the hours you can work because of school etc.
