V = Speed of light 299,792,458 meters per second = 3 x 10^8 m/sec.
lambda = 20 m

V = F lambda

F = V / lambda

F = 1.5 x 10 ^ 7 per second

F = 15 megahertz

F x 20m = 3x10^9 meter/sec.
