Since radio waves are light waves, their speed is c, or approximately 3.0 x 10^8 m/s. speed = (wavelength)x(frequency), so the frequency will be 1.5 x 10^6 Hz.

V = Speed of light 299,792,458 meters per second = 3 x 10^8 m/sec.
lambda = 20 m

V = F lambda

F = V / lambda

F = 1.5 x 10 ^ 7 per second

F = 15 megahertz

frequency x wavelenth = speed of light
F x 20m = 3x10^9 meter/sec.
F = 1.5x10^8 /sec
