How fast is your tank moving? can't you run after it and hold it?Wow! I've never seen a fish tank move!

How is your tank moving? Without knowing more, I'd say it's 1) because the base is unstable or 2) it's a small tank on a smooth surface and you've got a lot of vibration (mining, earthquakes) in your area. (or someone's playing a joke on you and moving the tank when you're not around)

Military tanks do have wheels and move the same as your car does. The difference is that the wheels are inside of a continuis track.
