Best to get a pregnancy check, syptoms are of course delayed menstration, tender and swollen breasts with nipples becoming larger and more purple, nausea, tiredness etc. Home pregnancy checks are very affordable and pretty accurate....good luck with what ever outcome you want.

Hi honey. Truthfully with the little bit of information that you have given it is pretty hard to say one way or the other. It does sound like you may have had sex around the time that you would have been ovulating. Anytime that you have unprotected sex you certainly run the risk of becoming pregnant. Here again I am not sure if that would be a catatastrophe or a happy event.
You ovulate half way between your last period and the one that you are expecting, so that should give you some idea of how close you were to that "lucky" day.
The first thing that you will notice of course will be that you do not have your period. Big clue. Then you will notice that your breasts are unusually tender, (I could never sleep on my tummy in early pregnancy because of that). My biggest symptom and one that I hear often is that you cannot sleep thru the night with out having to get up to go potty. Your body produces a hormone that makes your bladder very touchy and you will need to use the bathroom alot, waking and sleeping. You will notice that you are fatigued, some women notice this to the point that if they sit down for a few moments, poof, they are out like a light. Other women notice that they can sleep around the clock if nothing wakes them up.
The best thing I can tell you is to wait until you are four or five days late, test your first morning urine and see what it says. I always recomment buying one of those kits that contains two units in it so that if you tested too early you can always wait awhile and try the next one four or five days later.
If you are really determinded to get a accurate test right away you might try talking to a doctor that you have a decent relationship with and see if she will order a blood test for you. Many doctors do not like to do that unless you are at least a certain number of days late but you might be able to talk her into it. Good luck and I hope that you get the results that you are hoping for.
Take care.
Love and Blessings

If you are scared and not ready to be pregnant then why are you having sex? Don't you know that sex is for making babies? This is Biology 101!

Any type of birth control is not 100% reliable, even pills. I have several friends who got pregnant on the pill. The rates for condoms are even lower.

You and your boyfriend should be abstaining. What if you actually do get pregnant? What are you going to do? Get rid of the baby by resorting to the horror of abortion? Or keep it and you're not even ready for it? Will you do the right thing and offer it for adoption to a woman who IS ready to be a good mother?

I hope this answer does not make you mad. I hope it just makes you think real hard about the choices you are making and how you might be bringing an innocent child into this.

You need to be more informed about sex and the consequences. Somebody gave you some unreliable information. And you should also find a guy who is "man enough" to control himself. A guy is weak if he can't abstain.

If he cares for you, he'll respect you and your body and wait.

Here's your help. It's time to take your boyfriend to the courthouse and get a marriage license and marriage certificate. It costs about $100 and you'll make the child you are about to have very happy. That goes without saying how it will improve your self-image and self-respect, improve your boyfriends and your standing amongst his friends and relatives, and lastly make you an honest woman again. So, for the sake of the child your are about to be in charge of for the rest of your life, get this marriage done. Get that boyfriend to commit to a loving lasting relationship and forget playing house because you are going to be the big loser if you have this child and wind up rearing it alone. It happens all too often.
