Your brother is an adult and can issue power of attorney to whomever he wishes.

I suggest you correspond with your brother. You can do nothing without his agreement and signature. He can void (revoke) the POA - you cannot.

The only way to overturn it would be with a lawyer providing you can prove worth for this. He is an adult and has the right to sign it over. If he is being naive then I would try another approach to getting him to understand your side.

It would be difficult for the POA holder to act on it since he is incarcerated.

An incarcerated felon has no legal correct to settlement, and for this reason does no longer be waiting to apply any variety of skill of legal expert for any purpose mutually as in detention center. interior the recommend time, talk on your brother and attempt to convince him to revoke the POA.

Leave him alone, obviously your brother trusts him more than you, he knows what's best for him , unless he is a drug addict or an alcoholic and he sign that power of attorney under those circumstances.

I don't think there is anything you can do if that is who he appointed power of attorney over his assests.
